I purchased this bike figuring that I was mechanically inclined enough and youtube could help me through the less familiar adjustment procedures. This frame is outstanding. The bike went together pretty well but the instructions were written for someone who puts these things together for a living.



The rear & front derailleurs & brakes were out of adjustment (nothing I didn't expect). I nearly drove myself crazy trying to get the rear derailleur adjusted until I realized the chain was too short. You will probably need to add some chain. The rear wheel was not installed square with the frame either. Make sure you check that too. I still cannot get the rear bake arms to center when released.



I tried to inflate the tires but my bicycle pump would not work with these fittings. They are not the same air fittings (Schrader valves) like on a car. They are called "Presta" valves. I already have two bicycle pumps for standard fittings. The rims will not take shrader valves, so you cannot replace the tubes with different fittings without modifying the rims. Luckily there is an inexpensive adapter so you can use a regular air pump.
