I just bought this bike and received it a few days ago. I read reviews that complained about the directions and of parts coming loose, but bought it anyway since the price could not be beat. When the product arrived I took out the parts and the directions, and could see exactly what everyone was complaining about. The pictures were dot matrix and blury to say the least, and the bike in the picture was not the same as the one I received. This company does not seem to have any information about this bike. Finally I just took my best guess at it, and assembled it without the directions. It was not that bad since the most important parts were already assembled. My bike is now together, and rides like a dream. The folding mechanism was easy to use, and I am allowed to take it on the train. The only issue I had about parts was the seat moved on my first ride out when I hit a bump. I brought it home and realized that the seat just needed to be tightened a bit more, and now it is fine. I will say that the seat itself is a little uncomfortable, but you get used to it pretty quickly. I would have given this bike at least four stars if it had come with some easy to follow instructions, but alas it did not.
