Diamondback Tess 20 Complete Bike - 2014

Front wheel was bent. Not just a little bit.. quite a bit, so that no matter what you do, the wheel will catch on one of the brakes. Shouldn't have to bring a new bike to a bike shop to get new parts as soon as you purchase it. Bike shop not impressed at all with out of box bike. One of the reflectors just snapped off while spinning the wheel to see what was wrong with it. It came "installed" already, but was not clipped on the wheel all the way, caught and snapped. Brake cable was frayed on one side where it was connected. Should NOT have to buy new brake cables.



All of this from a bike new out of box.



Besides all of those issues, I imagine that it would be a very nice bike.
